Shipping policy

Every CALTESSA throw is woven to order. Nothing waits in a warehouse — your order starts the loom.

Shipping is free on every U.S. order — no minimum, no surcharges. We ship to the 50 states, D.C., and APO/FPO addresses; Alaska and Hawaii included.

Most orders ship within a week. Delivery takes 4–6 business days after dispatch. If anything delays yours, we email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

We don't ship outside the United States yet.
